These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of brazalabs.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Braza Labs Ltda. ("Braza Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you submit information to us through the Site or by email, you also acknowledge that your submission is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Site provides information about Braza Labs and a way to contact us regarding partnerships, acquisitions, or operator discussions. The Site is intended for a business audience.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAZA LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY IS NOT EXCLUDABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. (In most cases, you will not have paid us anything for access to the Site.)

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10) Indemnification

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14) Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Braza Labs regarding your use of the Site.

15) Assignment; No Waiver

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
